Usages:

Principle:
Peptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources; yeast extract powder provides B vitamins;
glucose provide energy; potassium hydrogen phosphate as buffer; magnesium sulfate to
provide essential trace elements.

Recipe (per liter):
Peptone 5.0g
Yeast extract powder 2.0g
Glucose 20.0g
Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 1.0g
Magnesium sulfate 0.5g
Final pH 6.4 ± 0.2
