Usages:
Used to count the total number of colonies for cosmetics.
Principle:
Peptone, tryptone, beef extract powder and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; sodium chloride maintains osmotic equilibrium,agar as coagulant.
Formulation（per liter）:
Peptone 10.0g
Tryptone 10.0g
Beef Extract Powder 3.0g
Yeast extract powder 2.0g
Sodium chloride 5.0g
Sodium sulfite 0.1g
Lecithin 1.0g
Tween 80 7.0g
Glucose 1.0g
Agar 20g
Final pH 7.2 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 59.1g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into flask,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.Cool to 50 ℃，pour to plate.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
