HCM091 Buffered Sodium Chloride Peptone Solution PH7.0
Usages:
For sample dilution of drugs, biological products.
Principle:
Peptone provide the nitrogen source, vitamins, amino acids, and carbon; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic balance; potassium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate as a buffer.
Formulation（per liter）:
Peptone 1.0g
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3.56g
Disodium hydrogen phosphate 7.23g
Sodium chloride 4.30g
Final pH 7.0 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 16.1g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ℃ autoclave for 15min.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
