Usages:
For selective enrichment of Listeria spp.
Principle:
Tryptone, multivalent peptone and yeast extract powder provide nitrogen, vitamins and growth factors; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; glucose carbon source; potassium hydrogen phosphate as buffer.
Formulation（per liter）:
Tryptone 17g
Polyvalent peptone 3g
Glucose 2.5g
Yeast extract powder 6g
Sodium chloride 5g
Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 2.5g
Nalidixic acid 40mg
Acridine yellow 15mg
